Where your life no longer reflects your identity.

Upcoming Workshops
Against Gravity
A 2-hour Inversions Workshop
(at Harmony House - Pismo Beach)
Most of us spend our whole yoga practice right-side up.
This workshop changes that.
I am so excited to offer Against Gravity, a two-hour, wall-supported inversions workshop that moves you progressively through five poses — from the most restorative inversion most people have never tried intentionally, all the way to Forearm Stand. Every tier builds on the last. The wall is your partner throughout.
You don't need inversion experience to come. You need to be curious about what your body is capable of when it has the right support and the right instruction.
This is not about the peak pose. It is about learning what happens when you change your relationship with gravity — and discovering that your edge is further than you thought.
What we cover:
→ Legs-Up-the-Wall: the most restorative inversion you're not doing enough
→ Shoulder Stand: how to do it safely (most people miss the setup entirely)
→ Supported Headstand: the foundation, the wall, the breath — in that order
→ Handstand at the wall: the L-shape, the kick-up, and the hold
→ Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana): quieter than Handstand, deeper than it looks
All levels welcome. No prior inversion experience required. Bring a willingness to try — and to stop when your body says stop. The wall will do the rest.
Price: $45
Dates: Sept 13th / Time: 1-3 pm
Held with Intention
A 5-Week Group Intention Circle
(at Harmony House - Pismo Beach)
Held with Intention is a 5-week circle where two people are centered each session, witnessed and supported by the group. Rather than therapy or a support group, it is a practice in intentional presence—learning to speak your truth, receive generously, and witness each other fully without trying to fix anything.
Why I Created This Circle
I have long lived the power of intention, experiencing major shifts by gaining clarity, speaking my truth, and committing fully on my own. Recently, I explored collective intention—focusing a group's sustained attention on one person at a time. Seeing researcher Lynne McTaggart speak in San Diego confirmed this path; Her findings, quietly remarkable: measurable physiological changes in the people being held. What wasn’t expected — the people doing the holding were equally transformed.
From years of seeing the different effects that people coming together in groups have on one another, and my recent experience, I created Held with Intention. A simple, structured container to experience — together — what I have come to believe is one of the most underused forms of human connection we have. I am really excited to offer this workshop and see what unfolds. I truly hope you’ll be a part of this magical experience.
What To Expect
Seated circle, no movement — this is not a yoga class
Same 8–10 people, every week for five sessions
Starting each session with a short group grounding exercise
Two people are centered per session — each shares (up to 5 mins) their intention and reason for
The group then holds that intention in collective silence for 10 minutes — no advice, no fixing, no redirecting; then repeated for the second person
Sessions close with a brief reflection
Price: $125
Dates: Fridays, October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th / Time: 6:15-7:15 pm
Space: Limited to 8-10 participants - Full commitment to all 5 sessions required.
Still on Purpose
A 4-Session Meditation Series
(at Harmony House - Pismo Beach)A 2-hour Inversions Workshop
Still on Purpose is a 4-session beginner meditation series — one hour each — for anyone who has tried to meditate and struggled. Each session teaches one clear, specific technique (Weight, Sound, Image, Silence) grounded in neuroscience and yogic tradition, guiding you toward open stillness.
Why I Created This Series
I’ve been exploring meditation techniques for years and really wanted to help others tap into the same curiosity that cracked open in me. Many students I talk to feel they are bad at meditation because their minds wander. I believe they just haven't been given a specific enough focus. Without a clear technique, the mind has nothing to grip. I created four doorways designed to work from your very first try, helping you realize that stillness has always been there.
This Is For You If
— You've felt like you were meditating wrong
— You want a simple, specific, and sustainable practice
— You are drawn to stillness but need a way in
— You're ready to stop waiting until you're calm enough to begin
Price: $120 for the series; $35 per class
Dates: November 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd / Time: 1:30-2:30 pm
